Thank you for shopping at Woleix. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're satisfied with your portable air conditioner purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applies to all customers residing in the European Union.

📦 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear written statement via email or contact form. 

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., excessive use of the air conditioner), we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

🚚 Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at service@woleix.com within 14 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  4. Return the item to the address we provide within 14 days after your withdrawal notification.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

💡 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • The product has been used extensively or is not in resalable condition.
  • The item is a customized or made-to-order product.
  • The item is hygienically sealed and was unsealed by the customer (e.g., filters opened or used, if applicable).

🔁 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your portable air conditioner arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault within the legal guarantee period:

  • Notify us within 2 months of discovering the issue.
  • EU law grants a 2-year legal guarantee on all consumer goods. Within this period, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or full/partial refund depending on the situation.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost for faulty or incorrect items.

💶 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
  • If the goods are not returned in acceptable condition, a deduction may apply.
  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued immediately.
