Legal Warranty (Mandatory Under EU Law)

Under EU consumer law, all products sold within the EU are covered by a legal warranty of conformity. This guarantees that the product you purchase is free from defects and meets the standards outlined in the sales agreement.

Duration of the Legal Warranty

  • The legal warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • If a defect or non-conformity arises within the first 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
  • After the initial 6 months, it is the consumer's responsibility to demonstrate that the defect existed at the time of delivery.

    1. Repair: We will repair the product at no cost.
    2. Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will replace the product.
    3. Price Reduction: In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, you may request a partial refund.
    4. Full Refund: If the defect is significant and cannot be resolved, you may request a full refund.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective or does not meet its specifications, follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

Inspection:

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • Within the First 6 Months: If a defect is found, we will cover all shipping costs related to the warranty claim.
  • After 6 Months: Shipping costs may be shared or borne by the consumer, unless it is proven that the issue existed at the time of delivery.

Your Responsibilities as a Consumer

To ensure your warranty remains valid:

  • Use the product according to the user manual.
  • Perform regular maintenance as instructed (e.g., cleaning filters).
  • Retain proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Your Rights Under EU Law

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can:

  • File a complaint with your national consumer protection authority.
  • Use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform) to resolve disputes.
